Pro Unlimited Plan

The Pro Unlimited plan offers fair pricing that adjusts based on your Shopify subscription level. This ensures you pay a price proportional to your business size.

This plan includes all Enterprise features with unlimited everything. The pricing automatically adjusts when you upgrade or downgrade your Shopify plan.

Annual Billing Discount

Save significantly by choosing annual billing. Annual plans are billed once per year at a discounted rate.

1. Go to Settings > Plans in ReelPlus

How to Downgrade

You can downgrade your plan at any time:

1. Go to Settings > Plans
2. Select the lower-tier plan you want to switch to
3. Confirm the downgrade

What Happens When You Downgrade

• Immediate access change: Your plan limits adjust to the new tier
• Excess content preserved: If you have more videos or widgets than the new plan allows, they are deactivated (not deleted). You can choose which ones to keep active.
• Billing adjustment: You are credited for the unused portion of your current billing cycle
• Analytics history: Your historical analytics data is preserved regardless of plan changes

Trial Period

The Starter plan includes a 7-day free trial with full access to all paid features.

How the Trial Works

1. Select the Starter plan from the Plans page
2. Approve the subscription through Shopify (no charge yet)
3. You have 7 full days of complete Starter plan access
4. On day 8, the first charge is applied automatically
5. Cancel before day 8 to avoid any charge

What You Can Do During the Trial

• Upload up to 250 videos
• Create up to 10 widgets
• Access advanced analytics
• Remove ReelPlus branding
• Use custom CSS
• Test all features without restriction

Canceling the Trial

If you decide the Starter plan is not right for you:

1. Go to Settings > Plans before the trial ends
2. Switch back to the Free plan
3. No charge will be applied
4. Your uploaded content is preserved (subject to Free plan limits)

View Overage

Each plan has a monthly view limit. Here is what happens if you approach or exceed it:

Approaching the Limit

• ReelPlus displays a notification in your dashboard when you reach 80% of your monthly view limit
• You will receive a reminder to consider upgrading

Exceeding the Limit

• Your widgets continue to function even if you exceed your view limit
• You will not be charged overage fees automatically
• ReelPlus will notify you and recommend upgrading to a higher plan
• Consistently exceeding your limit is a good signal that your video strategy is working and it is time to upgrade

View Count Reset

Monthly view counts reset on the first day of each billing cycle (not the calendar month). For example, if your billing cycle started on March 15, your view count resets on April 15.

Frequently Asked Questions About Billing

How is billing handled?

All billing goes through Shopify's built-in subscription system. Charges appear on your regular Shopify invoice. ReelPlus never has access to your credit card or payment details.

Can I switch plans at any time?

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from Settings > Plans. Changes take effect immediately.

What happens if I uninstall the app?

Uninstalling ReelPlus cancels your subscription automatically. You will not be charged after uninstalling. If you reinstall later, you start fresh on the Free plan and can upgrade again.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The plan price is all-inclusive. There are no setup fees, overage fees, or hidden charges. What you see on the pricing page is what you pay.

Do I get a refund if I downgrade mid-cycle?

Shopify handles billing pro-ration. When you downgrade, the unused portion of your current billing period is typically credited toward future charges. Exact handling depends on Shopify's billing policies.

Can I use ReelPlus on multiple stores?

Each Shopify store requires its own ReelPlus installation and subscription. Plans are per-store, not per-account.

Is there a free trial for Enterprise?

The 7-day free trial is available for the Starter plan. For Enterprise, contact our support team to discuss a trial or demo tailored to your needs.
